July 05, 2018. Problem still not resolved.

Pilot still hasnt called and even attempted to resole ut and im still barred from this store. My trucks are still ordered to NOT to fuel at ANY pilot or flyingj!

UPDATE: ITS JUNE 04,2018. JOSH STILL HAS HIS JOB AND IM STILL BARRED.

PILOT STILL HASNT CONTACTED ME TO RESOLVE THIS.

ON MAY 12 A MANAGER FROM A DIFFERNT STORE CALLED ME IN HOPES TO REOLVE IT, BUT WHEN HE LEARNED THAT IT WASNT HIS STORE HE SAID HED FORWARD IT BACK TO CORPORATE AND HAVE THEM CONTACT ME. AS OF TODAY IVE STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING!!!!

On May 08, 2018, i went to Pilot store #339 in Covington, IN. I got on the CAT scale to weigh. There was nowhere to park so i had to stay on scale. I went in and asked Gloria where to park and instead of answering me she just kept repeating "you gotta get off the scale". I found a spot off the lot to park but then moved to a spot on lot that had opened up.

I went back in and theres 2 managers, Mary and Josh(District Manager). I paid for my scale ticket and in doing so I asked for the number for corporate and the store #. Thats when Josh became angry and told me to "get the *** out of the store". Mary then told me to leave as well.

As I was trying to leave, Josh kept following me cussing me and calling me names (stupid *** dumb *** worthless truck driver, etc.)

When i got close to the door Josh threatened to "physically remove me" from property. At that point due to him threatening and cussing me and calling me names, i felt in physical fear so i started walking backwards to protect myself from him.

In the Arbys drive-thru, while im still walking backwards, Josh told me to get off the property and leave my truck on the lot until police arrived.

I walked off the lot to the shoulder of 63 (trying to cooperate so that Josh wouldnt physically hurt me), and left my truck. Josh took several pictures of my truck and went inside. After about 20 mins i got in my truck real fast so i could get out of there.

Josh never became angry or ready to throw me out of the store until i asked for corporates number. That is when he became very angry and made me leave. Told me im barred from the store for life.

Im in this store twice a day. I spent close to $2,000.00 a week there just in fuel. I own 4 trucks total and as of now I will never allow ANY of my trucks to fuel at ANY Pilot/FlyingJ, until Josh is terminated or relocated. I urge other drivers to consider the same.

You can find the corporate numbers your self. If you have receipt for something, the store number is almost always on there. You never had to say anything to them but thank you and have a great day.

I called corporate....the day it happened...3 times! They said someone would call me....never did!

Not surprising. That guy is always rude and hateful. Anytime hes gotta actually do somethin.
