I'm a truck driver and I pulled in to Pilot store #898 to fuel up. Rude employee put a prepayment of $40.00 on my pump after I had put in my card info.
I didn't know it and had started pumping. When it stopped at $40.00 I pushed the call button and the employee said I had to come in. They told me the only way to fix the mistake was to let the woman pump $40.00 on my company card. I had to go back out take the nozzles out of my tanks and back up and the lady had to come over and back in front of me just so she could get her fuel.
I pumped the ladies fuel and she was upset. Then I pulled back up and started fueling my truck. The lady went back in there to complain about the way this was handled, the rude employee did not even apologize to either one of us. I was pumping my fuel, just started again and the employee turned the pump off.
I called in there and she had the nerve to ask me if I had turned the pump off. I was furious at that point.
I went to get my receipt after I finished fueling and the employee did not say anything, she looked like she could care less. I'm adding a photo of the fuel receipt and the managers name, as well as the card the other lady gave me.
