I was at the Flying J in Odessa,Tx I dropped my trailer and went to Walmart.
When I returned to the Flying J they had done towed my loaded trailer to a place called Big Daddy's Towing.
I was gone no more than 45minutes.
I had to pay $637.70 to get my loaded trailer back.
This happened on Oct. 31 2018
I want to know what is the policy on dropping trailers on your lot because when I ask the manager she couldn't tell me
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

This is an easy one, did you pay anyone to drop there? If not you got an answer to your policy question when the dragged your stuff off.
The policy is on their website. It's easy to understand, you pay or get dragged away.
You learned an expensive lesson. Thanks for sharing with the class....
Once when I was hitchhiking, I got picked up by a really nice Gentleman who was dressed like a man and looked like a man, but his face was fully made up like a woman's. I didn't ask him why, and he didn't tell.
He told me that I could climb into his sleeper area and make myself a sandwich if I wanted to. There was a brand new unopened loaf of bread and brand new unopened jars of peanut butter and jelly. After I made a sandwich and wolfed it down, the truck driver asked me "How would you like something a little better than that sandwich?" and he then took me to Subway where he got me a foot long sub.
I never found out why his face was made up like a woman's, but I just figured "Diff'rent Strokes for Diff'rent Folks" At least he was a gentleman and wasn't trying to get it one with me or talking dirty to me like most of the truck drivers did. He was one of my favorite and most memorable rides that I ever had in my life.
