I was in austinburg ohio at the pilot travel center when i overheard the manager named paul laughing and talking about how he just loved to hire young pretty girls. he said and i quote " the dont work for ***, but they sure give me something nice to look at all day when i have to put up with all the *** customers"!
i am assuming he was talking with a friend of his. i cant really say i dont continue to go to this location because i really like Sharon and Julie. they are just really amazing employees. Julie is always friendly and extremely helpful.
and they both work their butts off. you should get rid of Paul and promote one of those ladies. they would sure deserve it. i am a loyal customer because of those two alone.
wish my company would hire some employees like that. *** might just give them an application and steal them away. im sure we would pay a lot better and they would sure have a better boss. you should get to know the people that work for you better, ive heard a lot of people complain about paul.
he especially likes to yell at his employees which is never acceptable. EVER!! he doesnt own them. but he sure must think he does, just so very wrong.
i honestly thought pilot would treat their employees better especially the long term ones. they are the blood and sweat of your business. as a long term customer i felt i needed to express my opinion. and i am going to encourage others to do so as well.
please fix this wrong. before you lose any good people due to his incompetence.
