I proceeded to use the bathroom, i needed to use a toilet. one of them was out of order.

I had to wait, but once I got inside the toilet had *** and hair around the rim and to top it off no toilet seat covers. When asking the manager on duty she proceeded to tell me they do not have any.

This is unsatisfying and I am in complete disgusted.the manager on duty name is Kim and lee Ann. This happened around 5:15 at 15559 Highway 13 S

I work cor Maintance and housekeeping at a flying j. You're are suppose to do a 30 minute check on all restrooms.

But when you have 20-40 people going in their in between those times it's really hard to keep 2 toilets clean.

And plus people love throwing water everywhere. Sorry for your experience but it's not possible to keep it 100% clean 24/7.
