I went pilot flying j in Calgary,AB

this morning. to by my food. I bought two slice of pizza one small vedge and a fountain drink.

The cashier no 262 scaned 3slices of pizza and extra one jr mints for 2.69 all total comes 13.61 CAD

Used to i do not take or check receipt. But i felt something fishy and asked the receipt.

I found she overcharged. So i asked her why you charged over.

She is not admit or accept her fault and told me crying for 5,6 bucks.

I do not understand what kind of attitude this.

She is the responsible to charge right price and and right amount of product.

I told her if you are doing purposely this is kind of steeling. She laugh at me and told call the police.

But still she is not accepting her fault or not ready to asking sorry for that incident.

I can understand this will happened any time anywhere.

But the think hurt me she blamed as my fault asking back that money or finding her mistake.

And she Called the manager and made a fault complain. The manager Andrew also not care about my complain and leave like that.

That's why I send this to you and you have to improve your customer relationship. and teach them how to talk polite with customers.

The customers are the first priority in every business

I attached the bills and correction.
