I was hired by Mike the day I had an interview on the 15 the of December. He had me return the next day to watch videos.
I did that for 4 hours and then waited for Mike or Krystal who I hadn't met yet.
Krystal told me to shadow the gal at the register. I did that taking in their system .( I've been in customer service for 50 years.)
I noticed the money in the registers it was so full she and then I had a hard time putting money in the over full till. I asked her how and when do they make drops of money into a safe. She replied.
They don't make drops that the registers are always overfilled. I had to get used to it.
Krystal told me after an hour or so, of watching this gal who was extremely fast with the customers it was hard to follow the prompts on the register. Krystal told me to jump on one ! I thought she meant register one which was a mess on the counter ( our side).
I waited on a couple customers and then Krystal said to the gal who was training me?!?
She's off now. I turned to Krystal and said me? She said yes.
Krystal then told me she would text me my schedule .
I waited and watched for a text. After a day without hearing anything I called the store and talked to Heidi she checked the schedule and told me I'm not on it .
She said Krystal would call me that day
Anymore info you'd like I'm more than willing to share my experience in further detail. I have filed a formal complaint to corporate.
And a third party Company that oversees this business and others of miscobduct of an employee.
To this Day I have not heard one word from Krystal Siguaw or Mike the asst. Manager.
Sincerely a mistreated 64 yr old woman was a disability
