It is 1/2022 at 1:50 am. The guy working just does what he feels like doing.
I don't know tub's name but he's a real *** to customers.I use digital coupons for my cigarettes and sometimes they have trouble with them. If it doesn't work then your coupon is wasted so it's like taking my money and putting it in the trash. They can manually put them in, and usually will and this guy has done it for me before. Tonight he was being extra lazy though and just said it's not scanning and that's that.
I had to tell him that the store gives a discount off the shelf price and the coupon was different(but he knew that since he's manually put in coupons before) I asked him to punch it in, and he said I already got some off and that was all he was doing.
It doesn't seem like a big deal, but I've even seen this guy yell and be rude to a guy because his English wasn't good, and he didn't understand. I'm in there multiple times a day and I think he should treat customers better and not get away with being tyrannical so he can be lazy.
User's recommendation: If you see this guy working, make him work.
